Centuries ago (before refrigeration was a thing) vinegars were used to preserve fresh fruits. After the fruit and vinegar hang out together for a while, a shrub is created—a unique balance of sweet and tart paired with different types of alcohol since the 1400s.
Our shrub cocktails are made with the freshest fruits, gut-healthy drinking vinegars, gin and sparkling water.
